It is extremely important for us to make sure your custom one-of-a-kind artwork inspires and delights you! The process is personal and the relationship we build through the design process is instrumental. We will set up a phone call to explore what inspires you, talk about colours that move you, lines, shapes, and what size painting will be ideal for you. Then we will get to work!

Typically, the most common type of commissions are variations of our past work.
We want to ensure that your piece is original and unique. So we don’t set out to replicate a painting. However, we would be happy to create a different version of one of our existing paintings that is similar yet totally new and unique.
The best way to find the ideal size painting is to measure the space you are considering for the piece. We would be happy to provide feedback and suggestions on the size if you send a few photos of the space where your future painting will live.
The commission process is a fluid one. We will touch base at several points during the process to ensure the painting is going in the direction you had imagined. When the painting is complete, there is another opportunity to make small changes before the painting is sealed with varnish. Once the painting is approved at this stage we will sign, seal, deliver…it is yours! Of course, we will require final payment before delivery 
Once you have signed a commission contract, we will prepare an invoice for 50% of the total price. We can discuss the best payment method based on your location. Once the painting is complete, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining 50%. We can also arrange a payment plan if this works for you.
We retain all rights to all artwork that we create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without our written permission.
