About Port San Juan

Port Renfrew is a hub for some of the best coastal hiking in Canada.  One can spend days hiking and camping along the dramatic coastline of Pacific Rim National Park. Another option is to stay in Port Renfrew and day trip from there. After a day of exploring some beaches during low tide, along the Juan de Fuca Trail, we made it down to the pier just in time to see the sun slip behind the trees and sink into the vast ocean lying to the west. A perfect prelude to an amazing freshly caught fish and chips dinner at the pub that anchors the pier to the mainland.
