Moraine Lake is typically a summer destination as the road closes in the winter due to heavy snowfall and avalanche danger. In order to take this spectacle in during the winter months, you need to ski the 15-kilometre trail. Once you get to a certain spot along the trail it is advisable to carry an avalanche beacon and proceed with caution. If the conditions are favourable, the reward for making this extra effort is having the frozen lake and Valley of the Ten Peaks soaring above all to yourself.
Important note: Due to the dimensions of this painting, it will be removed from its stretcher bars and rolled in a tube to be shipped. When it arrives at its destination, it can be re-stretched by any local framing shop. If you have questions or need assistance with this process, please get in touch. The painting will remain stretched if picked up or delivered locally.

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Pieces over 36 inches cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
